Appetizer

Arancini: Lightly breaded sphere of saffron rice and provel cheese served with a side of marinara sauce

Lamb Lollipops: 4oz of New Zealand Lamb Lollipops served with a side of blue cheese mashed potatoes

Cangrejo Fritas: 4oz of soft shell crab fried with tempura batter on a bed of spring mix served with roasted garlic aioli

 

Salad

Guido’s Signature Salad: Iceberg and spring mix tossed with our homemade house dressing, tomato, red onion, black olives, artichokes & pimentos then topped with parmesan cheese

Ensalada de Remolacha: Golden and red beets on a bed of spinach with gorgonzola cheese and a citrus marmalade vinaigrette

Wedge Salad: A wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with bacon and provel cheese with choice of dressing

 

Entrée

Chicken Bruchetta: 8oz chicken breast topped with bruschetta salsa served on a bed of olive oil butter garlic spaghetti with basil

New Zealand Lamb Lollipops: 8oz of New Zealand Lamb lollipops served with Spanish potatoes and rosemary infused olive oil

Salmon y Verduras: 7oz salmon pan seared and served on a bed of saffron vegetable rice topped with white wine lemon butter and cappers

 

Dessert

Turtle Cheese Cake: Traditional cheese cake filled and topped with nuts, chocolate, and caramel

Italian Spumoni: Famous Italian ice cream combining the flavors of pistachio, chocolate, and cherry

Chocolate Chip Cannoli: Deep fried pastry dough filled with creamy ricotta and chocolate chips
