We are able to customize the menu specific to your event, whether it be a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday party, graduation, corporate event, family reunion, or make and bake party. We can accommodate most venue spaces and cater to events of all sizes.

Our mobile wood-fired oven takes minimal setup space and immediately becomes an exciting conversation piece. Our pizzas are hand made to order and cooked in under three minutes. We utilize local hardwoods as our heat source to obtain the 900°F cooking temperatures, which is a necessary component for true Neapolitan Pizza. We use the same homemade pizza sauce that many are familiar with from visiting the restaurant. In addition to pizza, we can create masterpiece dishes and appetizers of both Italian and Spanish origin. Our menu packages are designed to offer you and your guests the highest quality local products and services at the most affordable rates possible.

All meals are served buffet-style unless otherwise arranged. Our friendly, professional, detail-oriented and food knowledgeable staff will assist with all your event’s needs and are required to attend. We offer tray service, plating, replenishing, buffet assistance, water service, tableside beverage service, and many other services.
