PRIVATE EVENT FAQ

Is there a charge to have a private event?

$200 Room Fee

How many people does your space hold?

48 guests

Is there a minimum money requirement?

If your event is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening there is a required spending minimum of $1700.

Are linens included?

White tablecloths & Black napkins are included in the room fee. If you would like specific colors, a linen charge will apply.

Can we decorate the space?

You can bring decorations for your event. If you choose to decorate the space, please speak with the event coordinator about this when booking your event.

Flowers

We can supply flowers for an additional cost.

Candles

We can provide floating candle centerpieces or votives at no additional cost.

Audio/Visual Equipment

We do have a drop-down screen and AV capabilities. Please speak with your event coordinator when booking your event.

How will our meal be served?

We offer buffets, family style, and plated meals. We do not charge additional for the option you choose. Depending on your guest count, this selection can be determined when you book your event.

Can we bring our own dessert?

You can choose to bring in your own desserts at no additional cost.

Alcohol

Outside alcohol is not permitted. We have many options available to you for your event. Please speak with your event coordinator when booking your event.
